At Bride Tribe Events, we want your celebration to be perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened event supplies. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
